Why a morning event needs a plan
Our standard delivery has three slots: morning 10:00–12:00, midday 13:00–16:00 or afternoon 16:00–20:00, at a flat Rp 55.000. The earliest slot starts at 10:00, so an event at 8 or 9 a.m. falls outside the slots. There are two ways to do it.

From our kitchen
For a morning event, we suggest the afternoon slot the day before. It's cheaper, and the cake is already with you the night before, without depending on a courier in the morning.
In the fridge (2–7°C) the cake keeps up to 7 days, and about 6 hours at room temperature. It's best on the day it's delivered and still good the next day if kept chilled. Take it out 30–60 minutes before serving so the buttercream softens.
You can also book your own online car courier to collect the cake from our studio in Cengkareng; ask the admin about pickup times.

Can a cake be delivered at 8 a.m. in Jakarta?
8 a.m. is outside the standard delivery slots (morning 10:00–12:00, midday 13:00–16:00 or afternoon 16:00–20:00). The options: an online courier priced by distance, booking your own online courier to collect the cake from the studio, or the cheapest way, delivery in the afternoon slot the day before, then keeping the cake in the fridge until the morning.
How long does the cake keep in the fridge?

What if the event is on a Sunday morning?
Choose the Saturday afternoon slot, then keep the cake in the fridge. There are no same-day orders on Sunday, but cakes ordered earlier are still delivered.
