How to order a cake

- Tell us two things: the date, and who the cake is for.
- Send the full address (building, cluster, block or unit number) and a phone number the courier can call.
- For a custom cake, send a reference photo. The designer replies with what can be made before you pay.
- Ordering from abroad? We accept Visa and Mastercard from any country, through a secure payment link.
Complaints
If the cake arrives damaged or not as ordered, send photos on WhatsApp right away. The website has a complaint button that goes straight to the owner's WhatsApp, not through an admin queue. Every case is reviewed against the original brief and the delivery record.
Collect it yourself
You can collect the cake yourself from our central kitchen at Duta Indah Karya 1 Blok C No. 32, Jl. Daan Mogot Km 13, Cengkareng, West Jakarta 11730, or book an online car courier to pick it up. Order on WhatsApp first and agree a pickup time with admin.
